Since the early days of Grand Prix racing many attempts were made to enter the Formula One and pre-war Grand Prix era. The period 1885 - 2021 contains over 650 Unraced projects. Every now and then new projects appear on the surface. To share with you all the stories i decided to summarize the stories per year. In 1997 Jacques Villeneuve became world champion in a controversial last race, were Michael Schumacher at that time the leader in the championship deliberately rammed Villeneuve whilst trying to defend. The failed attempts to revive the Vanwall Team

During the 1950s many British teams tried their luck in Formula One. Back then it was quite easy, if you had the money of course, to enter Formula One.  One man who did was Tony Vandervell who entered F1 in 1954 with his own Grand Prix cars.
