The 2018 Formula One season officially started today with Australian Grand Prix held on Albert Park. What can we say? The race was, as previous races in 2017, more a parade with less action on the track. Vettel won the race thanks to the Virtual Safety Car, Some say Hamilton had a Software problem, and Kimi was faster than Vettel and Hamilton, but finished 3th. For the rest it was
Hispania Racing, better known as HRT Formula 1 Team, entered Formula One in 2010 together with Lotus Racing and Virgin Racing. USF1 was already bankrupt before it completed a Formula One design. From the beginning HRT had financial issues, though the small team overcame these and managed to stay in F1 for three years. At the end of the 2012 season the money ran out and the team exited F1.
The Durango team, led by Ivone Pinton and Enrico Magro, had one unfulfilled dream: to enter Formula One! Over the years the team announced on a number of occasions that they were ready to enter F1, and yet somehow they never actually managed it. This is the story of a small team with big dreams! The small Durango team entered F3000 in the early 1990s failing to win a single
